Lightning Multipliers
When It Applies
Starts with the round. Once you press Spin, Lightning can highlight one to three random numbers on the betting area.
What Happens
Each highlighted number gets its own multiplier between x50 and x500. If the ball stops on a highlighted number and you have a Straight Up chip on it, that chip is paid at the multiplier. If it stops anywhere else, the round settles at normal odds.
Payouts
x50 to x500 per highlighted number. BGaming publishes the range only. How often each value appears, and how often Lightning fires at all, is not published.
Strategy
Nothing you do changes which numbers get highlighted. The only real choice is whether you have Straight Up chips on the table at all, because nothing else can collect a multiplier.
| Numbers per round | 1 to 3 |
| Multiplier range | x50 to x500 |
| Applies to | Straight Up bets only |
| Combined with 32:1? | No, it replaces it |
| Frequency | Not published |
Straight Up Bets (32:1)
When It Applies
One chip on a single number, 0 to 36.
What Happens
Win a straight-up on a number that wasn't highlighted and it pays 32:1, which means 33 chips back including your stake. The game server confirms that figure. Win one on a highlighted number and the multiplier takes over: x50 returns 50 chips, x500 returns 500.
Payouts
32:1 normally, or x50 to x500 when the number was hit by Lightning.
Strategy
Every straight-up you place accepts 32:1 in exchange for a shot at a Lightning number. Spreading chips across more numbers raises the chance one of them is highlighted. It doesn't change the 1-in-37 odds of any single number landing.
| Base payout | 32:1 |
| Returned on a win | 33x the stake |
| With Lightning | 50x to 500x the stake |
| Chance per number | 1 in 37 |
| Return without Lightning | 89.19% (33/37, our arithmetic) |
Inside and Outside Bets
When It Applies
Any bet that covers more than one number: splits, streets, corners, lines, dozens, columns, red/black, odd/even, 1-18/19-36.
What Happens
These pay the classic odds and Lightning never touches them. Split 17:1, street 11:1, corner 8:1, line 5:1, dozen and column 2:1, the even-money bets 1:1. On a 37-pocket wheel each of them returns exactly 36/37, which is 97.30%.
Payouts
Standard odds only. No multiplier ever applies.
Strategy
This is the calm side of the table. If you never bet a single number, you're playing a plain single-zero wheel with a light show on top.
| Split / Street | 17:1 / 11:1 |
| Corner / Line | 8:1 / 5:1 |
| Dozen / Column | 2:1 |
| Even-money bets | 1:1 |
| Lightning applies | No |
Call Bets on the Track
When It Applies
Switch to the Track layout, the oval that follows the order of numbers on the wheel, and tap Zero, Tier, Orphelins or Voisins.
What Happens
Each call bet is a set of ordinary chips placed in one go. Tier covers the 12 numbers opposite zero with 6 splits. Zero covers 0 and its six nearest neighbours with 3 splits and a straight-up on 26. Voisins covers 0 and 17 neighbours with 9 chips. Orphelins picks up the 8 numbers left over with 4 splits and a straight-up on 1.
Payouts
Each chip pays its own standard odds. The rules don't say whether the straight-up chips inside Zero (on 26) and Orphelins (on 1) can catch a Lightning multiplier.
Strategy
Remember the chip count. Voisins is 9 chips, so a 1-unit Voisins costs 9 units a spin. The cost shows up in Total Bet before you spin.
| Tier | 6 chips, pays 17:1 |
| Zero | 4 chips, 32:1 or 17:1 |
| Voisins | 9 chips: 11:1, 8:1 or 17:1 |
| Orphelins | 5 chips, 32:1 or 17:1 |
| Lightning on 26 / 1 | Not stated in the rules |
Statistics and Table Controls
When It Applies
Buttons around the table: Double, Rebet, Undo, plus the History and Statistics panels.
What Happens
Double doubles every chip on the table. Rebet repeats your last bets. Undo reverses the last action, and holding it clears the table. History shows recent winning numbers, and Statistics shows hot and cold numbers over the last N rounds or all rounds. Auto Mode and quick spins exist, but your casino's licence may switch them off.
Payouts
Nothing. These are tools, not bets.
Strategy
Hot and cold numbers are a record of the past, nothing more. Each spin is a fresh 1-in-37 draw from a certified RNG.
| Double | Doubles every chip |
| Undo | Hold to clear the table |
| Statistics | Last N rounds or all rounds |
| Auto Mode | May be disabled by licence |
| Effect on odds | None |
Where the x500 Comes From
You can see the funding right in the paytable. Straight Up pays 32:1 instead of the classic 35:1, so an ordinary straight-up win gives back 33 chips rather than 36. Those three units on every routine win are what pay for the x50-x500 hits. Bets that can't collect a multiplier keep the standard odds, and on a 37-pocket wheel that puts each of them at 36/37, or 97.30%.
When a round starts, Lightning can highlight one to three random numbers, and each gets a multiplier between x50 and x500. That's everything BGaming publishes. The rules say the feature "may activate", and they don't say how often it does, how often you get three numbers instead of one, or how the x50-x500 values are weighted.
Highlights don't carry over. Each round draws its own set, nothing builds up between spins, and there's no meter to fill.
Any bet covering two or more numbers: standard odds, no Lightning, 36/37 return.
Straight Up on a number that wasn’t highlighted: 32:1, so 33x back.
Straight Up on a highlighted number: the multiplier replaces 32:1, from x50 up to x500.
Covering more numbers raises the chance that one of your chips sits on a highlighted number. It does nothing to the odds of any single number landing, which stay at 1 in 37 however much of the table you own. And the wider you spread, the more chips collect the plain 32:1 on rounds where Lightning picks numbers you didn't back. No coverage pattern gets around that, so decide before the spin how much of your stake belongs on single numbers at all.
Bankroll
There's no bonus buy and nothing to unlock. What drives your cost is the number of chips per round. Five straight-ups are five bets, and a Voisins call bet is nine chips on its own. Glance at Total Bet before every spin, because that's the number your bankroll has to cover, not the chip value you picked.
